Washington Street

The property is located in the Nob Hill neighborhood of San Francisco. It is a very nice neighborhood with many restaurants in the area, as well as it is closely located to Polk Street that has plenty of activities. The apartment is completely furnished and does have a mounted 65 Inch TV as well as bay windows in the living room, bringing inn great natural light. Additionally, the kitchen was recently renovated with a dishwasher and garbage disposal. The complex consists of three building and a central courtyard. There is laundry in the complex down on the first floor. The apartment is very safe consisting of a door to enter a complex, a door to enter the building. The bedroom is the second largest in the apartment and has plenty of space with two closets in the room as well. The room could fit any size bed with a desk and a large dresser and would still have some room to spare. The bedroom is currently furnished but the furnishing can be removed upon request. Lastly the bathroom was recently renovated.

The two roommates are both 23 year old males. The first roommates name is Eric, who graduated from the University of Colorado, Boulder. He currently works at an engineering start up. The second roommates name is Kevin who graduated from San Diego State and works as a corporate recruiter. Both of them commute to work and usually leave the house around 7am and return in between 4pm and 7pm. The building has very friendly people and we are friends with many people in the building! They also have a group of friends in the area as well and would be more than happy to introduce you. Eric and Kevin both grew up in the Bay Area and they enjoy going to sports game in the SF area. They both enjoy their time outdoors and doing activities in the city. They are both out going and easy to get along with. They like to keep a tidy home but understand life can get in the way sometimes and are understanding about mess.
