My townhouse is located just off Walton Way in Augusta. It’s a spacious 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath home. I’ll be renting out one bedroom while using the third bedroom as a guest suite. Your bathroom is in the hall, right outside your bedroom door. Rent includes all utilities, high-speed Wi-Fi, and access to streaming services. The home is conveniently located near Augusta University, shopping, restaurants, and major highways. Ample free guest parking is available just steps from the front door.

Please note that in the bedroom photo, there is a futon and a treadmill to help show the scale of the room; the bedroom will be empty upon move-in. Also, the photo shows a flush mount ceiling light fixture, but this has recently been upgraded to a ceiling fan with a light for added comfort.

I currently live alone with my small, hypoallergenic Yorkiepoo dog, Watson. I’m looking for one respectful roommate without additional pets. I’m cannabis-friendly but do not allow cigarette smoking indoors. I’m LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC friendly, and I strive to maintain a welcoming, inclusive, and peaceful home environment.
