About the room
Unfurnished room in a musician house. Huge common areas and amazing backyard. 1 dog and 1 cat live with us. Must be ok with that. Room is unfurnished, has no closet, but comes with a clothing rack. Some furniture can be made available from the main house if you need it (trunks, endtables, etc.) Some storage can be made available. 2 shared bathrooms. Laundry on site. Street parking. Walkable to train & 2nd street in Pomona. 10 min drive to Cal Poly Pomona and Claremont Colleges.
About the roomies
4 roommates looking for a 5th (3 boys, 1 girl currently). Cool vibes only; LGBTIQ+ & 420 friendly a must. Chill space & good people. Must bring the same. All of us are 23(ish) just recently graduated from college (2023) & working, or still in college. We play music - though we are considerate humans and can accommodate reasonable quiet hours. We have people over, but this is not a party house. Artists, musicians, & creatives welcome!
