Brian's room

My old roommate is moving out and I have two rooms available, one of which he was using as his work from home office. Both rooms have a private bathroom. This is a townhome in a brand new community in the heart of NODA perfect walking distance to the light rail or downtown NODA and only a short drive from Uptown, South End, and all of the local highways. I have a dog currently and pets are welcome. I am happy to hop on a call first to set up a walkthrough of the townhome for a tour. There is a two car garage, large kitchen and shared living space, rooftop, and separate balcony.

I am a young professional who has been living in Charlotte for 7 years now. I am pretty active, I love to play sports but hang around as well. I live with my dog who is very friendly. I travel a bit for work during the week but am usually around on weekends.
