Quiet hours apply on school nights and bedrooms are all on the second floor. Everyone is responsible for cleaning common areas.

1300 sq ft townhouse in Tabb. 2 stories all bedrooms upstairs so a quiet roommate is best. Mother and teen pair renting out room. We have 2 indoor cats. Courtyard has patio furniture, gas grill, and fire pit, with Marsh water out back. Neighborhood is very quiet and neighbors are very kind and respectful. We are looking for a female roommate but a clean quiet male roommate will be considered.
