The home is clean and beautifully maintained with lots of storage. There is a private TV room aside from the main living room. fully stocked kitchen and laundry in unit. This house is perfect for traveling medical professionals or students.

I work full time at Clovis Community Hospital, including occasional weekends. I like to keep the living spaces in the house clean and neat, no pets. Not a party house. I am looking for someone who works full time, who is responsible with paying rent, and who will enjoy living in a peaceful home.
