There are two available rooms in our four-level, four-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom townhome located in the Baseline Community in Broomfield. You can take a virtual tour of the house through this 3D link Our townhome is conveniently situated, with only a 30-minute drive to Denver downtown and a 20-minute drive to CU Boulder. You have the option to choose from two rooms on the third floor, which share a bathroom, or a flex room on the first floor, which comes with its own bathroom. There’s a King Soopers within walking distance, Children Hospital within 4-minute drive, Costco within 7-minute drive, Denver Premium Outlets within 10-minute drive, The Orchard Town Center within 9-minute drive, Colorado National Golf Club within 5-minute drive, and numerous walking and biking trails nearby. The townhome is equipped with all the essential amenities, including A/C, washer/dryer, grill, fridge, stove, and microwave. We already have a well-stocked kitchen, but you’re welcome to bring your own kitchen supplies if you prefer. Our townhouse is newly constructed, and the photos you see are model photos. We have a rooftop where you can enjoy breathtaking mountain views and do your own grills. Rent for each room is $1200 per month, and utilities typically don’t exceed $150, shared equally among the four bedrooms. We’re planning to move in at the end of September and are happy to welcome roommates starting from November 1st. This will be a one-year lease, but we are open to negotiation if you require a shorter lease duration. We don’t have any pet but we can negotiate if you have a pet.
