Southwest 109th Avenue

Quiet property, on the top of a hill, surrounded by lots of trees. This particular apartment is in the corner where it seems to be the quietest. Currently, the patio is under renovation but should only be unavailable for the next month or so. It is a 10 minute walk to Safeway on Pacific Hwy, however, traffic noise is not an issue. It is the bottom floor out of two stories. Neighbors are quiet and respectful. Apartment complex includes a pool and hot tub. Parking should be a non-issue, I believe they will give you your own parking spot. If limited to one saved spot per apartment, I am more than willing to give the one I have currently. Each of us will have our own bathroom. The complex is not smoke friendly, however, it is clear that there are many smokers here. They are very respectful in terms of not having the smoke smell be present on the property though, mostly because there are a few families here. Almost everyone at the property seems to keep to themselves but gives a smile when passing by.

I am generally quiet and can keep to myself (mastered using headphones and airpods). But I have been described as easy-going and kind. I love to laugh so I try to keep that vibe all day! I almost never have people over, my parents visit occasionally and I think I have had a total of 4 guests during my months here. Although I am not limiting roomies to certain number of guests, this will be as much your place as it is mine. I also have two gentle cats that I spend most of my time taking care of. I work for the Chalice Farms dispensary, closing shifts, so I spend most of my time watching shows to relax before work, and playing some video games and hanging out with the kitties after work. I try to stay clean but it is harder to stay clean for yourself, but I know I will keep things a lot cleaner with a roommate, out of fear of embarrassment. Lease ends in April.
