71/72/72R is about a 10 minute walk, El Cerrito Plaza BART is a 25 minute walk. San Francisco Bay Trail (down the street) is a great way to get around if you happen to own a bike!
3bd/1b, you will be renting the biggest room in the house. Paintable walls, this color was painted by the last tenant.

Laundry on-site (just got a new top load washer!).
Backyard is two levels, a little unkempt at the moment. Storage space underneath balcony.
Resident cat Zula, she is beautifully feisty. She does not go into the room.
