Euclid Heights Boulevard

Hugely spacious apartment right by Coventry village. Beautiful balcony on a third story (no upstairs neighbors stomping!) 3 bedroom, 2 and a half baths; the third bedroom is between mine and the one for rent. I use it as a home office/ guest room (You’re welcome to share.) Room for rent is the master bedroom, with a large closet, built in dresser in the bathroom, and a bed frame for double/queen bed. Cat/dog friendly.

The kitchen comes equipped with a gas range stovetop oven, dishwasher, new refrigerator, microwave, Keurig, and blender. I have an empty storage unit in the basement if the building. There is also a laundry machine in the basement (it’s clean, don’t worry). The machine is coin operated, so I often go to the nearby laundromat instead. (It’s actually cheaper, and they take cards!)

There are two doors into the apartment; one in front of the building and one that comes up the back stairs and enters the kitchen. There’s no elevator in the building.

I’m very laid back. I love watching movies and TV, so I’m always down for a movie night. I’m actually a total nerd when it comes to acting and filmmaking. I work part time at a restaurant while being a working actor and acting teacher. I love food! I like to cook and try new restaurants.
I have a cat who can be a little shy at first, but she will warm up to you and even with other animals eventually. Also, I’m very 420 friendly. Not a big fan of cigarettes, I just ask that you smoke on the balcony.
