One bedroom ROOM only available with bathroom access. Bed, closet, and parking spot in driveway. We are located less than 3 min drive to Sacramento State University and UC Davis Medical off of Stockton.

I am a single mom to a 7yo boy. I have a small shih-tzu pup and two chickens in the backyard. I work full time as a professional manager and run a business on the side. I love bike rides, cooking, gardening and quality desserts :)
