A great location with lots of restaurants and grocery stores nearby, as well as Dulles Airport less than 20 minutes away. 1 bedroom, 1 full bath, 1 living room, and a shared laundry room. No kitchen access but mini fridge and microwave provided - can also provide desk, dresser, and twin bed/frame. Utilities included - gas, electricity, water, trash, and internet. Conditional access to Pavilion (pool, gym, etc.). $36 Background and credit check required. Young adults only, no children.

I own the house with my girlfriend, and we have a medium sized dog :) My girlfriend is an assistant teacher and I am a coach, so her schedule is pretty consistent but mine varies season to season.
