About the room
We are renting our Master’s Bedroom with private bath and entrance and walk in closet to 1 person only. The bathroom leads to the back porch then a screened back yard which can be your own entrance. Utilities included so you don’t have to worry about fluctuating bills. Shared Kitchen. Laundry available (preferably on weekends). No drugs, no drama, no overnight guests. 1st and last month required. Location is in West Boca. Should NOT be allergic to dogs, I have a golden doodle. Available for move in asap after Background Check. Needs 1st and last, total of $2,200.
