Hey!!

I’m looking to fill my roommate’s spot in a 2 bed 2 bath loft on W Broadway (by the airport)

Loft Information:

• You would be in the bedroom on the bottom floor. It has its own bathroom and back porch
• I am upstairs and have my own bathroom as well, the only areas we would share would be the living room/kitchen/ in-unit washer & dryer
• Rent is 905/ month + WiFi + Electric, so the total price comes to 1,000 :)
• Has a heating/cooling system, dishwasher, patio area, and lots of open space!
• No pets unfortunately as I will be bringing in my two cats :(

Leasing Information:

• You have to be able to be put on the lease as I don’t qualify with my lack of credit. If you also have no credit, you can have a co-signer/guarantor
• There are two requirements to be on the lease. You have to make at least 1000-1200 a month and have 550 in credit
• The lease ends June 2024
• 50 dollar application fee!!

What I’m Looking For:

• I’m 19, so I’d prefer someone around my age. 18-24 or so. If you’re older than that, still feel free to message me :)
• Someone clean, kind, and who has open communication
• Any gender is fine

About Me:

• I work as a bouncer & in adult group homes. They’re both Night Shift jobs so I’m sleeping during the day and get home around 4-6 am most days
• I’m laid-back, and determined to have an aesthetically pleasing home 😤 so if you have any interior design style I’ll immediately love you
• I have 2 very slay cats they are the best and I’m sure they’d love you too. They are well trained and don’t claw furniture or anything. Their only issue is TRYING TO SNEAK OUT >:(
