PRIVATE BEDROOM & BATHROOM for rent in modern 2 story home in Escondido. Very safe / quiet neighborhood. Only 15 minute drive to CSUSM, and 10-15 minute drive to most shopping centers in San Marcos / Escondido area. Room 14 ft x 10.5 ft, with adjacent private bathroom. House also includes access to full kitchen and comfortable living room area, and has central AC / heating. All utilities included, as well as access to in-house washer/dryer. Room comes unfurnished, but shown with queen sized bed for comparison. We also have access to tennis courts, an olympic swimming pool, golf course, and hiking trails nearby.
About the roomies
My husband and I are renting one of our unused bedrooms and bathrooms in our home. We are working professionals in our 30’s and quiet, kind, and considerate. We have 2 kittens as well at the house, but they are both friendly. We are looking for a roommate who is also friendly, clean, and considerate.
