Hi! My housemate and I recently moved into a 3 bed, 1 bath apartment and are hoping to share this space with another person!

The setup is a little strange, but I think it’s close to optimal.

Bedrooms 2 and 3 come together for $875 + utilities.

My housemate stays in bedroom 1, and I stay in the “bonus room.”

I’ve attached the floor plan with room labels in the photos after the bedroom photos.

The reasoning for this setup is that bedroom 3 is smaller and works best as a complement to bedroom 2, potentially as an office, study, or creative space. The main con to this setup is that we have to cross through my bonus room bedroom to access the patio. However, I’m personally fine with this.

Pros: The place was just renovated, so it’s very clean with new floors, walls, ceilings, countertops, kitchen appliances, and more. Patio. Washer and dryer. Storage in basement. Driveway parking. Calm neighborhood. Walkable to the Mill buildings. Super friendly neighbors.

Cons: The setup is a little strange. There are a few bumps and bruises in the renovation as it was worked on over the span of a year.

Generally no outdoor shoes in the house please. The property owner would like a tenant screening, which is $40. Besides that, move-in is generally first, last, and security.

I’m ideally looking to share this space with the same people through next August, but stays for at least 3 months might also be possible.

I recently graduated from college where I studied computer science and joined a company down the road as an applications engineer.

I’ve lived on the west coast my entire life and am excited to see what it’s like here!

I love tennis and table tennis, although I’m not very good at either. I also enjoy board games like scrabble and catan.

My biggest personal priority in living spaces is cleanliness. I’d love to make the space feel lived-in and homey. I just also want to make sure it feels clean.
