• Great location close to Highway 301 (but still in quiet, nice, safe neighborhood away from highway).
• Less than 10 min drive to Bradenton Riverwalk
• 15 minute drive to downtown Sarasota
• 15 min drive to UTC mall
• 20 min drive to Anna Marie beach (no traffic, we usually go there in the evenings when there is no traffic).
• 3 bedrooms and 2 baths house, unit for tenant will consist of 1 bedroom, and tenant will have their own, personal bathroom right next to their bedroom.
• house is in terrific shape with lots of space and very clean
• open kitchen for easy cooking with island counter tops and large fancy fridge.
• beautiful, spacious front porch with screens and a sitting area
• back porch lanai sitting area as well
• washer / dryer free use
• garage can store more items, tenant will most likely have to park outside on driveway (can be negotiated).
• fence for backyard and for safety
• ADT security system as well as cameras for safety
• family friendly neighborhood with lots of friendly folks walking and biking
• room for tenants furniture
• the tenant will most days have one side of the house to themselves.
• cleaners clean the house once a month and will be cleaning all bedrooms and bathrooms (tenant still needs to keep their room and bathroom relatively clean)
• lawn care provided every 2 weeks by landscaping company

My husband and I are a young couple that own the house and live in the master bedroom on the other side of the house. We both work remotely as programmers, but weekdays we are usually busy working at our desks and will make sure to give the tenant space and privacy. On the weekends we usually go out.

We are introverted nerds and enjoy biking, kayaking, hiking, sight seeing, going to the beach, swimming, eating at authentic restaurants, and playing video games.

We are hoping to have a tenant that is nice, respectful, responsible, quiet, clean, and enjoys their own space.
