Catherine's room

I have a room available to rent in the house that I own. It would be unfurnished, however I do own a few spare pieces of furniture that could be used if need be. I do already have a long-term housemate who lives with me, however she is out of town for work most weeks and is generally only home on the weekends, so I would be the primary person you would be sharing the common areas with.

My current housemate and I are both female professionals in our 40s (although we’re both young at heart) and we tend to live a pretty quiet life…no loud parties over here for us, although we aren’t opposed to relaxing with a bottle of wine and some girl time. We do both own cats, so someone without a cat allergy would be ideal for us :)
