Hey! I’m looking to fill these rooms that used to be offices in a massive house. Most parts of the house are “furnished” but there’s lots of space for more decorating and furnishing to your desire! Bedrooms are unfurnished (boxes in pictures are removed now) but kitchen is well stocked and living room is furnished. All you need is a bed! Backyard and enclosed pool! Garage for your car, washer dryer and fiber internet! 15 mins from airport, 20 mins to Disney and universal, 25 ish mins to Mills area. Available for immediate move in with prorated September rent. If not, October move in is good too! Pet friendly if they vibe with my dog! Children welcome but preferably people my age. Can either be two bedrooms with shared bath (my bathroom available for use too) or one bed, and office with private bath (price will increase for that).

I’m a creative professional in her thirties! Who recently separated and is left with a very large house to fill so she can afford it! I have an amazing boxer mix who is very friendly. I will be working two jobs, one in the fitness world. The other as an actor at Universal! I film audition videos often and love to sing. Hopefully you can join me in jamming one day! I like the common places to be clean, I enjoy community and am open to bonding with my roommates! I’m a little nerdy, but also can be chill.
