I’m moving on Jan 1st and am offering the rest of my lease through June 18th, 2019. There is one bedroom available, and you will be living with two chill roommates - both male. One works during the day, and the other at night. Ideal for a musician/artist, as one roommate is very musical and creative.
Rent is $500/mo. There is a $200 sublet fee.
Depending on the situation, I am open to negotiate an agreement to help out with the initial fees.
