Standard size room with hard wood floors, upper shelving, blackout curtains and great natural lighting.
Shared Restroom and Kitchen, the kitchen has a brand-new three – level dishwashers, the house has amazing water pressure along with a brand-new electric water heater.
On-site, we got a new smart washer and dryer.
Large back patio empty and free for use, an extra long driveway for visitors, and plenty of space to start a garden. The area is cozy with a bookstore, bakery, 24-hour gym, farmers market and grocery store just a 2-5min drive away.

About the roomies
I mostly work nights and sleep most of the day. I have two cats. Once they warm up to you you’ll love them, and in general, he won’t be seeing much of me.
