This charming 1920s duplex is located right on 9th and 9th, just down the street from The Whale. Within walking distance are several shops, cafes, restaurants and a grocery store. The street is generally lively and active. The house is a two bedroom one bath duplex, with an unfinished basement where I also keep the washer and dryer. There is ample storage space in the basement and you can park your car in the driveway. There is no A/C, you’ll need a window unit for the summer or brave the heat. We have a cute porch and back patio space. The room for rent is approximately 12x9ft.

You will be sharing with me, a 25 year old male studying urban design and architecture. I work as a server, enjoy the social sciences, reading Latin American literature, and culinary arts. I love to cook and love to share! Bilingual and enjoy language learning. I’m an avid cyclist and don’t own a car. I like to keep common areas clean. I’m looking to live with a young professional or a student with a stable job.
