Furnished large bedroom with ensuite bath and large walk-in closet. Garage storage is available for a bike or extra box or two. Kitchenette includes: apartment sized refrigerator/freezer, microwave/browner, portable 2 burner induction stove, coffee maker and cabinets with pots, pans, dishes, cups, and silverware. All utilities are included, but don’t go nuts with the wifi - it is not infinite, but it is high speed and usually adequate. Private entrance, dedicated parking, and a private fenced side yard with a grill and sitting area. You can even garden if you wish. Must have your own PO Box. The property is located in a lovely area 2 blocks from the Intracoastal Waterway with parks, marinas, restaurants, grocery stores, and beaches. It is just 8 minutes (3.5 mi) off I-95.

We live in the main part of the house and are a long established couple (25 years) that is mostly quiet, non-smoking, non-drama, respectful, and positive. We are interested in renting to a nice person of similar disposition, who has a full time job and is able to commit to a minimum of 6 months.
