Large bedroom & shared bathroom in North Decatur, off North Druid Hills, just inside the perimeter. $670 rent + $125 utilities for each room, plus $375 deposit. The room will be available December 1st.

The house itself is on a lovely quiet cul-de-sac next door to a shepherd - be prepared to see and even feed lots of lambs in the spring! There’s a side patio, a huge backyard with a deck, and parking galore. The landlord pays for lawn care and landscaping.

One roommate is a very sweet Black queer woman. On the other side of the hallway are myself, my wife, and our 5yo son. I am a master’s student and also work full time from home and have an office downstairs; in that space, we also have a guest bed and laundry room. My wife works full time in retail in Buckhead. The kindergartner is in full-time school. Due to my wife’s disability and having a five year old kid, we are far from the neatest people on the block, but we are also far from living in squalor. We go to bed early and wake up early. We are homebodies but like to have our friends over for brunch. We make dinner here at home a lot and are happy to feed you as a bonus for living here. Pet-wise, a cat, 12-week-old kitten, dog, and snake already live here. We are open to potentially one (1) more cat. We would prefer any roommates to also be queer but it is not a requirement.
