Lincoln Street

I am currently looking for someone to takeover my lease for this 2-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom apartment. The lease goes until August 31st, 2024.

The kitchen comes with a fridge, microwave, and dishwasher. The bathroom that comes with the my part of the lease has a shower that you will have to share with your roommate. There is an in-unit washer and dryer. Wifi and Gas utilities are covered by the apartment. My current roommate also has some furniture set up in the living room, so you shouldn’t have worry about moving most of your furniture in.

I would like for this move-in to happen ASAP, but it all depends on how quick that I can get accepted into one of these new places that I am looking at. The goal is to have someone moved into here by the start of October at the very latest.

I am open to anyone moving in. The apartment complex is meant for college students because of how close it is to the bus stop that goes straight to campus; however, they do allow non-students to move in here.

If you have another person waiting to find an apartment with you, then that would be perfect because my roommate is looking for his lease to be taken over as well.

The other roommate here is a student at WWU, he’s pretty quiet and too himself so he won’t be a bother at all. Like I said before, he is also looking for someone to take his spot, so if you have someone in mind then feel free to include them on this takeover.
