Tyler's room

I’m newly single and have a 4BR house in Plaza Midwood to myself and my dog. You have your choice of rooms, one of which has a full bathroom attached. I have a large fenced in backyard, parking and furniture (not for the bedroom). The house is located in directly between the popular neighborhoods of Plaza Midwood and NoDa so plenty of bars, restaurants, and other fun activities in the area.

I’m a 36 year old professional (work from home), I run the Strategy Team for a tech startup. I’m super chill, like to have beers, grill out, go out with friends, entertain (every so often for a bbq), golf, workout, go to breweries and anything outdoors. I don’t need the additional income but it would be helpful and I like being around people! . My dog is a 7 year old coonhound (he does howl during meal time) but he is a very sweet, loving, lazy hound dog.
