Shared Home: 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath 2000 sqft home with living room space/ common areas, large kitchen and dining room, on a corner lot. The kitchen is newly renovated and comes equipped with a fridge, oven/stovetop, dishwasher. Free parking in driveway. Rent will be $650/month. Wifi/ internet, water, sewer and electric bill to be divided equally which averages to about $75/month, per person.

You will have your own bedroom, closet, and shared bathroom. This apartment has a washer and dryer. I am looking for multiple rooms available for rent (I have 2 rooms available right now) at the house.

Currently there is one bedroom being rented out of the 3 bedrooms. The gentlemen is 45 year old father with a young daughter who will be staying with him on the weekends so we will require background checks.
