One of our roommates is moving out and we’re looking for a kind, respectful addition to our home! It’s a 3 bedroom 1.5 bath townhouse in Mid-City (right near Midtown Crossing if you’re familiar). It’s walking distance to a Planet Fitness, a Ralph’s, Target, Sprouts - and a super convenient metro stop that takes you straight to the beach. We’re looking for someone to move-in ASAP. The lease would be for at least 6 months, but could go up to a year depending on what you’re looking for. For clarity, you would be renting 1 of the 3 bedrooms.

I work in entertainment marketing in Century City and enjoy hiking, working out, exploring local spots and art museums in my free time - as well as the occasional wine night. The other roommate who would be living here works for an ophthalmologist full time and does make-up on the side.
