Hello and welcome to my home! Everything in your space is brand new so you will feel very welcome in my immaculate and clean home. I offer you a fully furnished private room and bathroom in my newly built 3 bedroom two-story townhouse. I offer a Month to Month Lease. Modern style with minimalist design. WOMEN INQUIRIES ONLY. Amenities: Guest will have access to community pool . Cookout area Soccer Field Paved paths for biking, walking or running 7-eleven is around the corner within the community.
All utilities are included in the price of the room: Electricity, Water, Trash and Internet.

- Very nice, quiet family oriented neighborhood with street/driveway parking.
- 5 mins away from Publix, I-75 & I-275, 41 and 301. -Sarasota, Lakewood Ranch, Ellenton, Bradenton, Palmetto are within 5/10/15 mins away- depending on traffic.
- 30 mins away from Tampa International Airport (KTPA) and St. Pete/Clearwater Airport (KPIE).
- Nearby restaurants, gas stations, hair & nail salons, locally owned creamery & brewery!
