Hi all, I am looking for a roommate for a second room in Slabtown right on the waterfront in NW with a balcony and a great view. A bit about me: I’m 27 and work remote in biotech, and I travel a lot for work. I play music and love climbing.

It’s available after the 15th and preferable move-in date is the first of next month (Oct). Rent: $1,200/month – And for that all utilities included in rent

What I’m Looking For: Ideally it would be great to live with a professional in the same age range, perhaps if you’re working downtown because the location is great for commuting on public transit. I like to keep a neat space and would appreciate it if you to make the same effort, although we can discuss what “neat” looks like for both of us (not OCD whatsoever about cleanliness but I like to keep organized).
