It’s a two bedroom apartment downstairs, shared bathroom. It’s only good for one person preferably female.The room has a bed already and a desk. Wifi, gas and electric are already included in the monthly rent. It’s a non smoking property.

I’m a Filipino, living in the United States for almost 10 years now. I’m renting a two bedroom apartment downstairs with my dad but he’s moving to Texas this month, so that means the other room would be vacant and would be available on the first week of October. It’s closer to grocery stores like Walmart, sprout grocery outlet kaelin’s and farmers Market. It’s closer to schools too like El Cajon Valley high u can even take a walk. Fast food chains and restaurants are just nearby and accessible to bus and trolley station. There’s no available parking spot so it’s gonna be a street parking. I don’t drink and I don’t smoke. I’m looking for a Female renter.
