Katelin's room

The apartment is a two bedroom, one and a half bathroom unit in the Irish Hills Hamlet complex off Los Osos Valley Road. For a private room and shared bathroom(ish), rent is $1,200 plus utilities. I’m looking for someone who is clean, respectful, and likes dogs. I have a German Shepard mix ESA. She is protective and a little wild but warms up to people. No other pets, please. Utilities include wifi and PG&E which are roughly $50 per person and laundry is on-site.

Hi! My name is Katelin and I am a 4th year Kinesiology major at Cal Poly. I like to be outdoors, play and watch sports, bake/cook, and sleep. I am pretty focused on school, so I do not party or smoke and only drink on occasion.
