Located in Western Hills, Coralville.Built in 2022 just a month before I moved in, so I am the only person that has lived here. 3 bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Very nice and quiet. More of a family community. You will have your choice of two rooms and your own full bathroom. My room is at the opposite end with a large living room in between. Gas stove. Looking to buy a washer and dryer. I can take care of all the yard work. Feel free to plant some flowers or whatever you like. Plenty room in the driveway for two cars. Total rent is $1,468 plus utilities. Since I have the Master Bedroom I will pay a little more. Split the other bills. Water is basically free here.
