Wanderlust's room

Come and live in this spacious room on the second floor of the house. There are only two bedrooms on the upstairs and they share the bathroom. I am looking to rent to working professionals with verifiable income. The house is located in a nice and quiet neighborhood in Summerville. It is about 5 minutes from downtown Summerville and close to restaurants, shopping centers, hospitals, etc. Rent includes utilities and wifi. You have access to the laundry room, kitchen, and common areas.
As a renter, you would be responsible for cleaning your room (vacuum and dust), and for keeping the common areas clean after using them. I have an indoor cat who is sweet and friendly, so no more pets are allowed. Strictly, non-smokers and no overnight guests, please.
