Accommodations include all utilities, fully furnished rooms and common area, 65 inch tv in living-room, high speed wifi, Netflix, washer and dryer, patio swing, grill, fire pit, bi-weekly common area cleaning, lawn care, and renters insurance.
Master Bedroom includes a king size bed, 65 inch tv, private master bathroom with double vanity, double closets, stand up shower, and full size soak tub. Secondary Bedrooms include a full size bed, 40 inch tv, 60 inch closets, shared full bathroom, and a separate room for additional storage.
Master Bedroom - $1,500 Secondary Bedrooms - $1300
(Only 2 of the secondary bedrooms will be available to rent, the third one will be used for “ extra storage“ by secondary bedroom renters)
