Hii! Tyler & I are looking to fill our third roomie’s bedroom for move-in between Nov 1-Dec 1… 11-12mo lease. We’ve lived here for the past year & plan to renew come end of Oct. Assuming rent will remain the same, your rent would be $530+util.+$530securitydeposit. Looking for someone our age or a couple years older, who’s responsible, cleans up behind themselves, keeps common areas tidy & doesn’t leave food/drinks out (in room or C.A.) that will attract bugs(!!), pays bills on time, is considerate/trustworthy, a dog lover, mature, doesn’t have ppl coming and going/staying in the house, and a kind/cool soul✨. LGBTQ friendly🌈, 420 friendly🍃. You would be sharing a bathroom with Tyler. We have a monthly chore chart (we’ve the month to complete two tasks each). My doggo is an energetic 2.5yo pittie girl🐶. It will take her about 3 weeks to get acclimated to you, of course meet & greets will be done prior. She WILL be protective when meeting at the home, understandably… just for transparency~.🫶🏼But once she gets acclimated and knows you’re not a threat, she is such a silly & kissing girl 😂🙂 would prefer if she’s the only animal in the home (a lizard/gecko, or fish would be cool tho! So long as they’re well taken care of and cleanly) Definitely want someone that will love her and be patient with her during the change. We’re in Kings Grant area, super convenient location. We’re both 25 years old, we both work full time and when we’re not working, I’m either playing w my dog, hanging with some friends, Netflix, cooking, something artsy, going to music festivals, or playing outside lol. Tyler can usually be found gaming, hanging with friends, or playing basketball. :) we like to do brunch every now and then too 😂🫶🏼 **While we each like our own socialization, We are not a party house or constant-company house, and we’d prefer to keep it that way<3
