Johnson county ~3800sqft built in 2008 5bed/5bath 3 car garage. Upstairs is a master, jack&jill, and a smaller 4th bedroom.

For rent is jack&jill 2bed/1bath private great for those that need an office/gaming space. Will consider renting out the smaller 4th room 1bed/1bath private for $500 instead.

There’s 1GB Google Fiber, security system, huge kitchen, community pool, nearby trails, ponds, gym, bi-weekly maid service, hibachi grill patio, sauna room, fire pit, retro arcade, home theatre, basement bar, 3 car garage and a car lift for any you gear heads.

I’m looking for a roommate that works remotely, doesn’t mind the basement being an Airbnb possibly, and is okay with cannabis/vape.

Just me after parents move out this January. I work as a web accessibility specialist in Topeka 3 days a week and remote the other 2 days.

Throughout the week I do Pokemon tournaments, Fortnite, Pickleball, boxing, rock climb, swim, practice music, language lessons, read, meal prep and work on cars/house.
