Amenities include washer and dryer, dishwasher, cable, shared covered carport space, air conditioning and heating, gas fireplace, small patio looking out onto a communal greenspace, and an outdoor storage space. The apartment complex has an outdoor pool, sauna, and fitness center. The apartment is also within walking distance of multiple restaurants, a grocery store, and minutes from I-5 and I-205.

A friendly, well-trained dog or cat is welcome, but will require an extra pet fee. Garbage, water, and cable is included in the rent, but internet, gas, and electricity are separate. The property management company will require a rental application with a $55 fee as well as a background check.
