Pompeii's room

The room is inside of a four bedroom two bath home. The room includes a queen size bed, nightstand, Tall 4 1/2 feet dresser. Utilities included. Home is close to Highway 99, 50 and 80. Just minutes from downtown, grocery stores and gas stations. First Friday of every month, businesses on Broadway open up so neighbors and neighborhoods can walk in and out and enjoy the ambience of each establishment.

I normally rent out two rooms, right now both are available. Not sure if I’m going to be renting out two rooms at this time. I’m only interested in one at this time. You must be clean, courteous, and bring your own kitchen and bathroom items. Roommate is responsible for cleaning up the bathroom once a week.
