It’s on the second floor, there is a side office, living room,dining room and kitchen, it has hookups for a washer/ dryer ( none in unit). Neighborhood is quiet, close to downtown and plenty of food places nearby. Lease is for at least a year and landlord has final say.

I’m a 36 year old Male who has a 14 year old cat, im generality quiet, i have a stable job and also enjoy games ( card/board/ video ) unfortunately my other roommates are planning on moving to a different state if interested we can set up a tour ( it might be messy due to boxes)
