Looking for someone to fill a room in a beautiful 2bd/1bth Townhouse in Cedar Hills. I have a room available anytime starting now. The room is 10’6“x10’4“. Hardwood floors throughout. There’s a ton of shared space including the 200sq. ft. basement that can be used as a workshop or workout space, depending on your needs. It’s an end unit with lots of windows and natural light. Washer/Dryer in basement. A short 11 min. walk to Sunset Transit Center. The townhouse complex is lovely with courtyards and large old trees. I’ve been here 3 yrs. The property management company has been amazingly responsive.

I’m a 30 yr. old cis woman, with lots of houseplants, enjoy baking, and love anything crafty or nerdy. I’m hoping for someone clean and friendly. Preferably femme, but I’m happy to meet and see how we get along. I already have a friendly kitty, and can’t have another pet on the lease without a meeting and pet rent/deposit, sorry. Her name is Tonks and she loves belly rubs (never a trap) and making biscuits. (she can be seen in some photos)
