Austin's room

I bought the house a year ago and have been slowly making improvements (remodeled kitchen, all new windows, etc). It’s a 5bd/2ba with 3 of the bedrooms, a living room, and one full bath downstairs which is a daylight basement (1 window in each room). The house is on the cul de sac of a quiet street with trees surrounding it. I’m renting out 2-3 rooms so there will be a total of 3-4 people in the house. The room for rent currently has a bed but no other furniture. I’m working on getting a dresser for it. The room for rent is the last picture.

I’m 32 and in my second year of physical therapy school. I love to climb, play ultimate frisbee, dance, play board games. I would say I’m a 7/10 on the cleanliness scale. I’m a quiet presence at home. I enjoy socializing with roommates some but also need to crack down and do schoolwork at times. Having a roommate who’s tidy and mindful of their noise is a plus. The most important trait for me in a roomie though is the ability to communicate. I’m a huge proponent of talking things out and finding a compromise whenever an issue arises, so please only reach out if that is something you are comfortable doing and have a history of practicing.
