12month lease renewal Nov 1st. You can sublease to the roommate leaving starting October 1st for 1 month if needed. I lived in this house for 2 years and Ana 1 year, we love it. It’s a spacious 3bd 1bath (bathtub) with 4 closets in the hallway (1 each + 1 shared) in a 2 family house. Downstairs is the landlord who is super friendly, he comes up to help whenever he need something like drilling wholes in the wall for the curtains (we’re just girls after all… jk), he never complained about us (i know landlord have bad rep), we actually love him. The neighborhood is peaceful, family type vibe but as you go down to Roosevelt ave there is all kind of restaurants, food, service ; grocery and laundry is 1 minute walk. I have a cat, she’s very shy and scaredy, you’ll love her tho, but no other cat or pet allowed :( Your room is a nice size bedroom (twin or queen) very luminous with big windows. Rent is 910$ and electricity + gaz + internet under 80$

I am 27yo contemporary dancer and I nanny to pay the bills. I’m very active and driven although I get these sundays in bed all larva type days. I’m from the south of France. I sing as well so you will hear some ungodly noises but never at crazy time of the day and I close my door, also my bedroom is the furthest I don’t think you can really hear. I have a hard time not stopping in the street to pet every dog I see. About the household, I like to live in the house and have everyone feel home and not like we live in a magazine cover, leave your book out, etc. My beige flag is that I dont do my dishes right away, I won’t let it go crazy for weeks, but my breakfast bowl isn’t getting washed until the evening. Otherwise I like to hang out in the house with the roomies, do roomie night, watch movies on the projector, occasionnal homemade dinner w the roomies etc. Home is meant to be shared.

Ana is in business trip but she will write her description when she comes back. She is a 27yo Ukrainian women. She works in events. She loves to go out, go to the movie theater, get drinks, always down to try new things, explore the city, she used to be a ski athlete, she is very kind… I’m sure i’m missing a bunch of things!! <3
