Older mobile home. You would have a private bedroom with a half bath. Main bathroom has the shower that will be shared. Property has wifi but the bill will be split as well as all other utilities. Property does have a washer and dryer as well as kitchen appliances. No central A/C and heat. Window units are in property as well as a gas heater in the middle of the house. Dogs are welcome depending on if they get along with my dog and they must be house trained. One covered parking spot as well as a large wrap around yard. No late nights. No smoking or alcohol on premises.
