Hi! I’m currently unable to ride out the remainder of my lease so I’m looking for someone to take over my portion. The current other roommate is a girl who has a very friendly cat who is open to more cats. utilities and internet+electricity expenses are not included in the price I listed as thats something that changes month to month but rarely exceeds an additional $150 a month. The other roommate is a very nice girl who works a full time job and is college age, so college students are welcome if you want to live close to campus!
