The house is a spacious 2 story, 4 bedroom/2.5 bath beautifully furnished townhome with a garage attached. There are 2 community pools and it is 5 minutes from downtown Brea & 4 minutes from nearby grocery stores.
The open room is a spacious master with a small balcony, 2 closets & a private bath.
About the roomies
My housemate and I are both Christian, clean, quiet, respectful, and highly career motivated young professionals in our late 20s to early 30s. I run a business out of the house and work part time in marketing, and my housemate works 3 jobs and is rarely home. It’s not essential for our new housemate to be Christian, but we are looking for someone who is female with similar priorities (i.e. friendly, clean, no partying or drugs, etc). I do also have a VERY cute but reactive dog, so it’s best that this person is okay with him and preferably doesn’t have pets of her own unless it’s a female.
