Backs to a path and small public park. Shared use of deck, and 1 off street parking spot. *Note: there is an adjacent bedroom that will become available in the coming months that could be also rented as an office. If not interested it will be rented again as a bedroom.

Convenient - on bus line, 7 mins. to metro, near schools, shopping, and hospitals. Easy access to Beltway, 66, 50, Falls Church City, Fairfax, Tysons, Merrifield Mosaic, Arlington, DC, everywhere. HOA, and utilities (water, electric, gas, laundry, and internet) included.

Looking for a self sufficient, responsible, working professional (one person only) who is clean, pays their rent on time, and no meat cooking preferred. Female is preferred but I will consider the right male.

This is an eco/conservation mindful house so awareness and practice of these is given more weight when considering applicants. Also two cats + one dog live here also.

I’m semi-retired, often at home, and need privacy. I have my own life, and you should too. Please be prepared to show solid employment and housing history, with current & past personal and work references. No exceptions.

Be vaccined/boosted. No additional pets, no smoking.

One month’s deposit. 1 yr. lease. (Will consider a shorter lease for a higher rate).

I’m quasi retired, am an artist/writer/painter, love nature/animals, and play tennis.
