Sharing Bathroom with a renter Washer/Dryer and Kitchen (fridge, utensils, plates) No pets, No drama , No drug, smoke and no guest please.
Rent at $800 a month (First and Last month and security deposit $500 can refundable if ours room or etc have not damage ) Wi-Fi and all Utilities included.
There will be a non-refundable carpet cleaning fee in amount $50 to be paid with all other move in charge.
Background check for $19 and Employment verification required.
Signed Rental agreement.
