The apartments Amenities coming with a fire place, your own bathroom, walk in closet, and washer/dryer in unit. The complex amenities has a dog park, year round swimming pool,24 hour gym, pet spa, theatre room, and much more! Rent and utilities are all included as long as your looking for a year lease. I’m looking for someone reliable, communicative, and consistency, and cleanliness. Because of situations in the past if your a couple I will not accept you. I prefer someone with no animals especially cats since I have my own and I do not allow my cat on my counter tops or in the kitchen. Dogs are negotiable but still not preferred. I ask to show a background check as well as 3 pay stubs in advance to moving in. I do not like drama and would like to keep the peace in my household.
