Burbank Boulevard

The room is a minimally furnished (bed, desk, chair) private room with a private bathroom (bathtub and shower). The unit is rent controlled, so I haven’t had any rent raises in the 5yrs that I’ve been living here.

There is a shared kitchen with an oven, microwave, and refrigerator, plus plenty of storage space. The living room is mostly a storage space, but there is a couch for hanging out.

There’s great wifi, and there’s a laundry room downstairs! There’s also a community pool!

The apartment complex is very quiet, no smoking/vaping, and 100% pet free (no exceptions), and everyone is very friendly.

The area has tons of free street parking, and it’s located in a quiet area with several local restaurants (Thai, Chinese, fried chicken, breakfast). It’s also located right next to a junior college, so I’ll often go jogging around the area at night and in the morning.

Utilities aren’t included in the rent, and electric, gas, and wifi costs vary month-to-month. Water is included.

I’m a 25yr old male, and my former roommate recently moved away to go to engineering graduate school out of state. I’m extremely clean and I mostly keep to myself, but I do like to go scuba diving, rock climbing, hiking, and occasionally play tennis and ice skate. I work in the film industry, so my hours vary significantly from day-to-day; some months, I’ll be out of town every day.
